Uninterrupted power

Our call center is equipped with the Minuteman Enterprise Backup Interrupted Power Supply, one of the best systems available. All our computer systems and operator stations can access this internal grid for up to two hours. If the outage lasts longer, are equipped with solar power back-up and 100kw natural gas/propane electric generators that can continue to supply power uninterrupted for an unlimited period of time. All these systems are tested weekly to make sure they are in good working order and are ready to take over in the event of a power outage.

Redundant telecommunications

If the phone grid is interrupted, CallCenterUSA can instantly switch to backup systems. We have three different routes we can tap into at a moment’s notice, so if one route is disrupted, we can access secondary routes. In the very unlikely event that all three grids were to fail simultaneously, we can route all of our call center traffic through satellites to ensure that your communications are never interrupted.
